PLACE |

- The village is located in the wonderful bay of Liscia
di Vacca, heart of the "Costa Smeralda",
famous for its charming beach. It lays only 3 km far
from Porto Cervo and less than 1 Km from Poltu Quatu,
base of the Diving Center. All around you can find the
most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda.

| THE
STRUCTURE |
|
The
complex, surrounded by a wonderful Mediterranean garden, has been
built in the typical architectural style of the Costa
Smeralda and is characterized by huddles of small, low,
attractively decorated pastel colored buildings with archways. The
main square is home to bars, shops and a theatre.

units, set among the
flourishing vegetation typical of Gallura, with panoramic sea view
on Cala Pitrizza.
The
apartments
are furnished in typical
Sardinian Gallurese style.
Accommodation
is in "BILO"
(2/4 beds), which
are so composed: double room, lounge with sofa bed or pull-out bed,
kitchenette with electric stove, refrigerator, color TV, valuables
safe, telephone, bathroom with bath and hair drier, patio (ground
floor apartments) or terrace (1st floor apartments).
It is possible to have a half board or a full board treatment at fixed prices at the
Osteria del Teatro.
On the beach, 200-600 meters
from the units, it is possible to rent beach umbrellas and sun
loungers, rubber boats, pedal boats, canoes and jet skis.

The Diving excursions are intended only for divers, non divers
or snorkelers excursions are intended on request with a 20%
discount on the price list.

The 10 dives package is to intend with double tank dives: two
following dives in one excursion, with return nearby at
13,00/14,00 o'clock (depending on the distance of the diving
spots). In this way you are free in the afternoon.

We inform you that you can change each Short Distance Dive of
your package in a Long Distance Dive (over 12 miles, in the
Natural Park of the Bocche di Bonifacio) with an extra charge
of 10,00.

Special offer for package owners: each eventual extra Short
Distance Dive 20,00 (instead of 40,00)

The Diving Center is about 1 Km far away from Baja Sardinia.
To our divers we offer a free shuttle service from the
Residence to the diving and the way back.
