THE PLACE 

The road that leads to the village arrives directly to the beach; at both its sides nice villette hide in the gardens. Open until late at night, the lodges, markets, cafés, ice-cream shops, restaurants and premises of Baja Sardinia welcome the numerous people on holiday. At short distance the discotheque " Ritual" is the most beautiful and characteristic discotheque of Sardinia. The panorama of the bay, called Battistoni from the guardian's name of the original military places on the hill, faces the coasts of La Maddalena, Caprera and Corsica: if you shoot a single photograph from the hill, you'll include them all. For trekking lovers, the peaks of the Three Mounts and the Fortress Cappellini are not to miss

THE STRUCTURE

In a panoramic position and a few meters far away from the beach and the centre of Baja Sardinia, the Hotel Rena Bianca is composed of two floor apartments, encircled by typical Mediterranean plants and green gardens.

SERVICES: reception, restaurant, breakfast buffet, meals with service at table, bar, television and reading room, night receptionist, parking (not guarded). Small commercial centre with shops, market, coiffeur and laundry (in high season).

APARTMENTS/SUITES: in typical Sardinian style. They are composed of: bathroom with shower, telephone e TV on request, equipped veranda or balcony. Most of them are sea-view.

DISTANCE FROM THE SEA: Apartments are only a few meters from the big white beach of Baja Sardinia. A special area is reserved to the guests of the Hotel/Residence Rena Bianca. Beach service with deckchairs and beach umbrellas is at payment, available from May to September. It is also possible to rent beach towels.

The Hotel Rena Bianca offers a different accommodation compared to the classic hotel. You are in apartments, but you can use the restaurant (on the main place of the structure) for breakfast and dinner. Additionally, the bar of the hotel is always available. All this gives you the opportunity to live with more comfort and freedom, thanks to the bigger spaces and the independent entry of your apartment.

- The prices are intended per person in double room in half board (breackfast and dinner - drinks not included)  
- Extra for linen: bed & bath € 6,00 per person to pay at your arrival
- Non-diver prices are valid only if joined with a Diver price.
- 3rd and 4th bed discount are intended on Non diver prices. 
- On request week end could be for 2 nights or longer.
 
The accomodation is in Bilo (two rooms flat): Dining room with two sofas, bedroom, bathroom
Daily re-arrangement
 
- Extra sea view: 30% per day per room (on request).
- Cradle 0/2 years € 10,00 per day (on request)
- Extra single room: periods A-B-C € 16,00 per day - period D € 22,00 - periods E-F € 30,00
- Check in from 15,00 o'clock - Check out from 10,00 o'clock. 
- The Diving excursions are intended only for divers, non divers or snorkelers excursions are intended on request with a 20% discount on the price list.

- The 10 dives package is to intend with double tank dives: two following dives in one excursion, with return nearby at 13,00/14,00 o'clock (depending on the distance of the diving spots). In this way you are free in the afternoon.

- We inform you that you can change each Short Distance Dive of your package in a Long Distance Dive (over 12 miles, in the Natural Park of the Bocche di Bonifacio) with an extra charge of € 10,00. 

- Special offer for package owners: each eventual extra Short Distance Dive € 20,00 (instead of € 40,00)

- The Diving Center is about  2 Km far away from Baja Sardinia. We offer you a free shuttle service for divers from the Residence to the diving and the way back
